Access Clean

Introduction

Access Clean is a community supported program by Minor Detail, designed to provide free and subsidized home cleaning services to seniors, individuals with disabilities, and low-income households across York Region. Our mission is to bridge the gaps in traditional care, helping maintain health, safety, and dignity at home.

How the Program Works

To ensure fairness and long-term sustainability, Access Clean operates on a tiered pathway to service. This approach allows us to prioritize support for those in greatest need while continuing to serve the broader community.

Fully Supported Care (No Fee)

Available to individuals facing significant financial hardship or urgent circumstances. These services are fully funded through our program and supported by our business operations.

Supported Care – $50/hour (Team of 2)

For households that may not qualify for fully supported care but still require assistance. This reduced rate helps bridge the gap between need and affordability.

Standard Care – $80/h (Team of 2)

For clients who are able to pay standard rates. Every service directly contributes to funding supported care within the Access Clean program.

Priority Care

For time-sensitive situations such as hospital discharges, health risks, or sudden changes in living conditions. These requests are reviewed and scheduled as quickly as possible.
