Our Mission
To restore comfort and dignity to the homes of York Region residents who need it most. We believe a clean, safe living environment is not a luxury—it is a fundamental part of health and well-being.
Who We Are
We are a community-based program dedicated to supporting neighbors who are navigating age-related frailty or living with disabilities. We understand that for many, the physical demands of maintaining a home can become a barrier to independent living.
Our team steps in to bridge that gap, providing professional, respectful house cleaning services that allow our clients to focus on what matters most: their health, their families, and remaining safely in their own homes.
Our “Service First” Philosophy
We operate on a Service First model. This means our priority is your well-being, not your wallet.
We are a community-driven initiative that accepts voluntary contributions, but we want to be crystal clear: receiving service is never contingent on your ability to contribute.
If you can contribute: Your voluntary donation helps us extend our reach to more neighbors in need.
If you cannot contribute: You will receive the exact same high standard of care, respect, and thoroughness.
Eligibility
To ensure our resources reach those with the highest need, our services are available to residents who meet the following criteria:
Residency: Must currently live within York Region.
Current Support Status: Must be currently receiving publicly funded or government-funded in-home services (such as personal support via Ontario Health at Home / Home and Community Care) due to:
Age-related frailty
Disability
Why We Do It
We know that publicly funded home care often focuses on personal health—bathing, medication, and nursing—but heavily restricted time limits often leave little room for household maintenance. We exist to complete that circle of care. By taking care of the environment you live in, we help support the care you receive for yourself.
